You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and be at least 13 years old to use the platform.

2. Acceptable use

Hikaya is provided for personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to scrape, redistribute, or resell platform content, not to attempt to access other users' data, and not to interfere with the operation of the service.

3. Content

All stories, translations, vocabulary explanations, and quizzes are original content created for Hikaya and are protected by copyright. You may read and listen to them freely within the platform for your own learning.

4. Availability

We work hard to keep Hikaya available and your progress safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
